The BichonFrise-L is the original internet email discussion list for owners and admirers of the Bichon Frisé and has extensive archives available to it's 1400+ members.

It is NOT a place to locate or dispose of dogs.

The list was started by Janice Sheehy in 1996, with co-owners Norma Dirszowsky and Julia Dickinson plus Derek Briggs as technical help.

Due to her high volume of work Janice operates mainly behind the scenes doing the vital work of keeping the actual list running, Norma supplies the expertise that comes from being a top Canadian breeder of Bichons and informs members if they are breaking the sponsors or list rules and Derek has replaced the busy Julia as a co-owner but is mainly the day to day List Monitor and provides technical support for members.

This site contains links that are most often asked for by BF-L members plus pages which contain photos of BF-L members and their Bichons.
